Care Dimensions

The organization operates two inpatient hospice houses—the Kaplan Family Hospice House and the Care Dimensions Hospice House—alongside its community-based services. As a longstanding leader in end-of-life care, Care Dimensions has been a driving force in expanding access to hospice and palliative care throughout the state. For nursing professionals, Care Dimensions offers roles such as Registered Nurse Case Manager, Hospice Nurse, and Hospice House Team Leader, with both field-based and inpatient positions available. The organization emphasizes extensive training, teamwork, and technology to support its nursing staff, and operates a dedicated Hospice Nurse Residency Program for those new to hospice care.
