The work is primary and specialty care inside the fence—vitals, labs, EKGs, minor procedures—and some roles stretch into infirmary-style loads or mental health RN work at other Centurion DOC sites. Schedules are concrete: nights 5:30pm–6:00am three days a week with rotating weekends, weekday day shifts, or a working-supervisor mix of floor time and 8:00am–4:30pm admin. Travel RNs in Indiana float across facilities and have been advertised up to about $2,685/week with a non-taxed stipend. Our own postings cluster near $40/hour median; employer RN ranges elsewhere in the company have been stated at $40–$50/hour depending on experience. You will need a security clearance, drug screen, and background check. Corrections experience is preferred, not required.
