The company has been tasked with staffing the Naval Medical Clinic San Diego and associated locations with various healthcare roles, including Nurse Practitioners, Post-Anesthesia Care Unit Registered Nurses, and Medical-Surgical Registered Nurses. Posterity Group functions as a contracting intermediary, placing nursing professionals within military treatment facilities (MTFs) rather than operating its own clinical facilities. Nursing roles at Posterity Group involve providing care within a federal military healthcare environment. Nurse Practitioners are expected to provide a full range of outcome-based services including clinical supervision, general screening, medical care and examinations for routine, acute, and chronic conditions, immunizations, and diagnosis and treatment within granted MTF privileges. PACU RNs coordinate patient care, ensure compliance with MTF standards of care and practice, administer medications, provide wound care, and collaborate with healthcare team members. MedSurg RN roles span a wide array of potential specialty areas, from ambulatory care and behavioral health to critical care, emergency medicine, labor and delivery, and neonatal intensive care, among many others listed in the job description.
