QCC operates as a contractor to county government correctional systems, serving multiple locations throughout Indiana including Carmel, Decatur, Lafayette, and others. Working as a nurse at QCC involves providing care in a correctional setting with a focus on compassionate, dignified treatment of inmates, emphasizing rehabilitation and holistic health management. The company states it has never employed a sales representative, relying instead on its reputation and mission to grow its presence.
