Full-time RN position in Behavioral Health - Charlotte, Unit 1 South, an 18-bed inpatient adult unit providing acute behavioral health services. 36 hours/week, 7a-7p schedule. The RN provides and coordinates comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures, using evidence-based practice and clinical decision making.

Requirements
Completion of an accredited or approved program in Nursing
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Minimum one (1) year of RN experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
Behavioral Health experience with strong de-escalation skills
