Bilingual Registered Nurse (RN) – Multi Location Travel Position

Innovative Injury Solutions is seeking an experienced, bilingual Registered Nurse to join our growing team. This full time position will primarily support our Glendale, Deer Valley, and Mesa locations, with occasional travel to Tucson as needed. Schedule: Full Time. Locations: Glendale 85037, Deer Valley 85027, and Mesa 85204. Occasional travel to Tucson 85712 may be required. Responsibilities: Conduct pre assessment calls and patient education prior to procedures; Perform pre operative assessments and chart reviews; Provide PACU recovery care and discharge education; Start and manage IVs with confidence and proficiency; Assist providers during interventional pain procedures, PRP, and Vitipure treatments; Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure day; Order and manage medications and medical supplies; Assist with staffing coordination and coverage needs across multiple locations; Maintain accurate and timely documentation; Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure efficient patient flow; Support a positive patient experience
