About this role

Independent contractor position providing health readiness services to Military Service members under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) in Montana. Primarily weekends with occasional weekdays on an as-needed basis. Responsibilities include supporting Physical Health Assessments, reviewing health history and medical records, interviewing military personnel, identifying immediate concerns including Behavioral Health, and documenting results in service members' medical records.
