* Administer and oversee IV hydration therapy, vitamin infusions, and injectable treatments (including peptides and hormone therapies). * Evaluate, prescribe, and manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and peptide therapy protocols based on lab results and patient needs. * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes in energy, recovery, performance, and overall wellness. * Educate patients on treatment options, benefits, and long-term wellness strategies. * Coordinate telehealth consultations, review lab work, and provide ongoing follow-up care. * Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR/EHR systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance. * Maintain a safe, clean, and professional clinical environment, adhering to all medical and regulatory standards. * Collaborate with team members to deliver a high-quality, client-focused experience reflective of the Live Healthy Hydrate brand. *Requirements* * Active Nurse Practitioner license with current certification in the state of Ohio. * Experience or strong interest in functional medicine, wellness, or preventative care. * Proficiency in venipuncture, IV therapy, and injection techniques. * Familiarity with lab interpretation, hormone optimization, and supplementation strategies. * Experience with EMR/EHR systems (eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth, etc.) and understanding of medical documentation standards. * Excellent communication skills with a passion for patient education and relationship-building. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused, outpatient wellness environment. * BLS certification required.
