Provide immunizations, screenings, health education, and care coordination services. Support disease prevention and community health initiatives that make a lasting impact. Collaborate with healthcare providers and community partners to address local health needs.

Requirements

Registered Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program
Current RN license
Valid driver's license
BLS Certification (upon hire)
NIMS/ICS 100, 200, and 700a certification within four (4) months of employment
Preferred: BSN
Preferred: 2 years of public health nursing experience
