Registered Nurse - RN

* Develop and implement health care plans for assigned individuals as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and attend any staffing and ITR reviews as a contributing member of the IDT. * Participate in and attend Nursing Department committee meetings as assigned. * Provide feedback and be available for LPNs to consult with should a need arise. * Perform other related duties as required. Minimum Training And Experience * Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current Pennsylvania Registration. * Must have at least one year of experience in an acute care facility or related field (rehabilitation, extended care facility). * Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and have all required clearances.
