Director of Nursing (Home Health) – Part-Time

VitalTrust Home Health LLC is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and organized Director of Nursing (DON) to assist with upcoming ACHC accreditation survey and continue in a part-time leadership role. Responsibilities include serving as DON for a Medicare-certified home health agency, assisting with ACHC accreditation preparation, developing clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with ACHC, CMS, and state regulations, providing clinical oversight for skilled nursing services, reviewing patient documentation, participating in QAPI, supervising clinical staff, and collaborating with the agency administrator. Hybrid work location in Hamilton, OH. Pay $42-$45 per hour, approximately 10-20 hours per week initially.
