About this role
After-Hours Hospice RN position at Agape Care Group. Salaried full-time position covering on-call after hours from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday, supported by 24/7 RN staffed Triage Department. The RN serves as patient advocate, communicating with patients, families, and hospice care team to ensure quality care. Company is a regional leader in hospice and palliative care serving multiple states.
Requirements
- Current state license as a registered nurse
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting
- Hospice experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs
- Weekend availability
- On-call availability
