About this role
As a CenterWell Home Health nurse, reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will provide personalized, one-on-one care that helps patients regain independence in the comfort of their homes. Requirements
Med surg, ICU, ER, or acute experience
Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure
Current CPR certification
Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals
Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
