Absolute Surgery Center is a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center specializing in pain management and orthopedic procedures. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as an Operating Room Circulator. The OR Circulator is responsible for coordinating and providing safe, efficient intraoperative nursing care while supporting the surgeon, anesthesia provider, scrub staff, and overall surgical team. The Operating Room Circulator RN is responsible for patient care throughout the intraoperative phase, beginning with handoff from pre-op and continuing through safe transfer to PACU. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate the needs of the surgical team.

Requirements
Current RN license in the state of Texas
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Minimum of 1 year of OR nursing experience required
Ambulatory surgery center experience preferred
Experience with pain management and/or orthopedic procedures strongly preferred
Current BLS and ACLS required
Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing standards and patient safety practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
