* Strong understanding of psychotropic medications, their side effects, and proper administration protocols * Demonstrated ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards as outlined by the American Nurses Association (ANA) Responsibilities * Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in consultation with a multidisciplinary team * Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for efficacy and potential side effects * Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families, using evidence-based therapeutic communication techniques * Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational workshops on topics related to mental health and well-being * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care, including discharge planning and aftercare support Benefits * Healthcare coverage: Medical, Dental, Vision * 401K * Paid Time Off * Tuition Assistance Salary: $62,030 to $101,547 /year
