Hospice RN

• Perform symptom management, assessments, and interventions to ensure patient comfort • Provide emotional support and education to patients and families • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate high-quality end-of-life care • Complete timely and accurate documentation What should I have to be considered? • Active RN license in the state of Nebraska (or compact state) • Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience • At least two (2) years of hospice or home health experience • Strong clinical judgment with the ability to work independently • Compassionate communicator with a patient-centered approach • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Why Hillcrest?
