We are looking for a provider that will be excited to join a close-knit team. Additional hours might be available but would not be required or guaranteed. * Essential Functions: * * Initiate and complete a detailed patient assessment * Determine diagnoses based on data collected and implement therapeutic interventions. * Order appropriate diagnostic testing including relevant laboratory and imaging needs. * Prescribe applicable treatment plans including medication, education, and referral as deemed clinically necessary. * Implement routine procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and splinting.
