REGISTERED NURSE

Position Number: 22143236 County: Jefferson Posting End Date: July 28, 2026 The Home and Community Based Services programs have 64 Registered Nurses located across the state for the management of approximately 10,000 frail Arkansans. Each RN has an average caseload of approximately 160 clients who meet nursing home admission level of care eligibility or physical needs which require assistance with personal care. RNs assess and reassess clients in the counties, develop individualized plans of care, and provide oversight to providers to ensure waiver services are delivered timely and appropriately. In-state and occasional overnight travel required. Must be able to drive car, travel by foot, climb stairs, read/follow map directions. Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. One to two years verifiable RN work experience with in-home services programs or programs providing services to aged or disabled individuals. Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Arkansas required.
