Registered Nurse (RN) - Post Partum

Registered Nurse position at St. Mary's Medical Center in West Palm Beach, FL, working in Post Partum unit. Night shift, full-time. Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months. The RN coordinates and provides safe, quality care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Responsibilities include assessing physical, psychosocial, educational and growth and development needs of patients, developing written plans of care, implementing nursing care plans, evaluating patient responses, and demonstrating leadership skills. Required qualifications: Graduate of Registered Nurse Program, RN license, BLS/CPR certification, ACLS within 90 days, NRP certification within 90 days for inexperienced RNs or at hire for experienced OBSTETRICS RNs. No prior experience required.
