Responsibilities include completing charge and inventory slips, monitoring supply inventory, cleaning instruments and equipment, maintaining resident stability by checking vital signs and weight, recording intake and output information, providing for resident comfort, answering call lights, reporting observations to nursing supervisor, documenting actions, protecting privacy and dignity, complying with HIPAA guidelines, adhering to professional standards and JCAHO standards, maintaining a safe environment, and clinical management of patient.
