Experience in Mental Health and Addiction strongly preferred, in addition to managing patients with all dual diagnosis Proficient in EHR systems Responsibilities and Duties Conducting in-person and telehealth psychiatric evaluations. Lifespan practice treating patients with all psychiatric conditions and comorbid addiction issues Diagnose mental health and addiction conditions and develop a treatment plan Prescribe and manage medication for patients. Collaborate with other healthcare professional to coordinate patient care Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
