About this role
Registered Nurse position providing and directing nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies. Responsibilities include coordinating total plan of care with other health care professionals, completing clinical nursing assessments, ensuring patient eligibility and medical necessity, and developing individualized plans of care. Requires current and unrestricted RN licensure, current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire. Preferred 1+ years of RN experience.
