Sunterra Springs -Independence MO is seeking amazing nurses to join our team in our Independence facility! NOC SHIFT 6P-6A. $1500 SIGN ON BONUS for NOC shift. Night Differential Weeknights $5/weekends .50cents. This is a PT/OT/Nursing rehab. You will have 19 patients. You will have IVs, wounds, assessments, discharges, admissions and medications. 2 CNAs. Nursing management is available for help. It is fast paced. This position is responsible for the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit, including assessing resident needs, development of individual care plans, administering nursing care, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) activities and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.
