RN or LPN Physiatry

Provides professional nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices and maintains office hours as directed by physician. Essential functions include responding to telephone calls, instructing patients and family regarding medications and treatments, performing general nursing care, administering prescribed medications, arranging patient testing and admissions, preparing equipment and aiding physician during treatment, maintaining patient records, overseeing appointment bookings, greeting and preparing patients for examination, attending meetings and committees, observing and reporting patient conditions and reactions to drugs and treatments.
