Registered Nurse – Med Surg in Salida, Colorado. Start date 07/13/2026 for a 12-week travel assignment. Weekly pay of $1,977–$2,014 per week, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts. Setting: inpatient medical-surgical care at a Critical Access Hospital. Responsibilities include providing acute care and swing bed patient care, assessing health status, delivering health teaching and counseling, administering therapies and treatments, reviewing and monitoring therapy and treatment plans, and collaborating with ancillary departments and physician providers.
