About this role

Job Details Description Registered Nurse - $85,000 (based on experience) Make a Difference. Build a Career. Change Lives. What You'll Do * Monitor and assess the health status of individuals served and maintain individualized healthcare plans. * Administer nursing and medical services in compliance with Delaware nursing standards and agency policies. * Coordinate medical appointments, hospital follow-up care, medication management, and emergency response services. * Provide staff education and training related to medical and nursing care needs. * Maintain accurate clinical documentation, medical records, and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, healthcare providers, and program staff to ensure quality care delivery. * Provide on-call support, backup nursing coverage, and additional assistance as needed. What You Bring * Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Delaware required. * Minimum two years of nursing experience preferred, ideally supporting individuals with cognitive or developmental disabilities.
