The ideal candidate will provide essential support to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, promoting independence, and fostering a positive environment. *Responsibilities* * *Daily Living Assistance:* Provide coaching and support for Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) tailored to each individual's needs. * *Health & Safety:* Ensure living and working environments are clean, safe, and meet the needs of individuals, including compliance with medical recommendations and care plans. * *Adaptability:* Evolve your approach as individuals’ needs evolve, serving as a key member of their support team. *Experience*

* Previous experience in caregiving roles is preferred. * Experience in transfering * Familiarity with patient monitoring techniques and basic health care practices. * Knowledge of CPR and First Aid certification is highly desirable. * Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members. * Ability to cook nutritious meals that cater to dietary restrictions or preferences of clients. * A caring & positive attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality support and enhancing the lives of those in your care.
