Family Nurse Practitioner - Lowcountry Urgent Care, Batesburg, SC

Order, review, and interpret diagnostic testing, including in-house labs and imaging. Prescribe medications appropriately and provide patient education on treatment plans, follow-up care, and preventive health. Document encounters thoroughly and accurately in the electronic medical record. Collaborate with clinic staff to maintain efficient patient flow, quality outcomes, and a strong patient experience. Practice Environment Average patient volume of 3-4 patients per hour, supporting thorough evaluation, quality care, and complete documentation. Clinical leadership and network resources are accessible when needed. Fully equipped clinics with on-site diagnostics and Experity EMR. Established workflows and clinical protocols to support efficient, high-quality care delivery. Schedule Full-time, 3 x 12-hour shifts per week Rotating weekends No on-call requirements Schedules are published in advance via a self-scheduling system Additional shifts are easily available via the scheduling app with time-and-a-half pay after 40 hours per week Compensation Hourly rate of $55-$70/hour based on experience, credentials, and clinic location. Annual equivalent of approximately $103K-$131K. Productivity incentives are available above base compensation. Signing and relocation bonuses may be offered based on clinic location and operational need.
