About this role

Director of Nursing Duties: - Oversee and manage the nursing department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. - Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain compliance with regulatory standards. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. - Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing programs and make necessary adjustments to improve patient outcomes. - Ensure effective communication between nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. - Schedule and maintain schedule for all Nursing staff., be on-call in case nursing staff does not show for work. - Stay up-to-date with advancements in nursing practices and technologies. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) is a must. - Valid state nursing license. - Proven experience as a Director of Nursing or similar leadership role.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) is a must; Valid state nursing license (RN License); Proven experience as a Director of Nursing or similar leadership role; In-depth knowledge of Medicare regulations and CMS regulatory compliance; Strong leadership skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment; Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities; On call availability
