Clinical Director

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Director to lead our healthcare team. The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our facility, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, and promoting high-quality patient care. This role requires strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of medical management, and a commitment to maintaining accreditation standards. *Duties* * Provides oversight of the clinical operations at the Hunt Cancer Center, including but not limited to nursing, infusion room, triage, clinical trials, lab services, and medical assistant workflows. * Gives regimen guidance based on both recognized treatment guidelines and financial solvency. * Creates a culture of effective communication and promotes positive working relationships with both internal and external parties, including other departments and physicians. * Demonstrates expert skills in methods of assessment, intervention, and evaluation in dealing with the ever-changing problems and needs of patients, families and staff.
