Key Responsibilities Of The RN Registered Nurse As a vital clinical leader, you will oversee the following: * Clinical Oversight: Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluate resident well-being, reporting status changes to physicians immediately. * Documentation: Maintain precise clinical records in strict compliance with state regulations as an RN Registered Nurse. * Medication & Treatment: Transcribe physician orders to MARs and safely administer medications and complex treatments.
