We are currently seeking a dependable, self-motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Amherst, Ohio! The LPN/RN provides skilled nursing services to patients in accordance with the current nursing plan of care within their scope of practice. Employees are also responsible for the completion and documentation of vital signs and observations, coordination of care activities, and delivering nursing services for each assigned patient. The LPN/RN also promotes safety and education, working in a professional and organized manner.
