Registered Nurse - RN 2nd shift - 1:30 pm to 10 pm/3rd shift - 9:30 pm to 6 am

* Monitor patients’ conditions closely, recognizing signs of deterioration or improvement for timely intervention. * Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner to document care activities comprehensively. * Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment strategies. * Provide patient education on health management, medication use, and post-discharge care instructions. * Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice. *Requirements* * Valid RN license in the state of practice with current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS). * Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems including Epic, Cerner, or Point-Click-Care for documentation purposes. * Knowledge of ICD-10 coding, medication administration protocols, and infection control procedures. * Experience working with diverse patient populations including geriatrics, behavioral health, and individuals with developmental disabilities. * Excellent communication skills combined with critical thinking abilities to prioritize patient needs efficiently. * Additional qualifications such as long-term care experience, hospice & palliative medicine familiarity, or trauma medicine expertise are advantageous.
