Clinical Infusion Nurse Supervisor

Responsible for supervising nursing services that support the plan of care provided by Infusion Solutions. Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the nursing team and patient care responsibilities. Provides consistent leadership to ensure the nursing team runs smoothly and serves as a professional role model. Ensures the Infusion Solutions nurses develop and implement a plan of care that meets each client's specific needs and is in compliance with accreditation standards, federal and state regulations, reimbursement guidelines as well as Agency policies and procedures. Performs oversight of Nursing Services to ensure compliance with organizational policies, accreditation standards, local state and federal regulations. Evaluate and optimize inventories of supplies and equipment used in infusion nursing services. Ensure a healthy working environment. Use evidence-based health care practice to improve patient care and nursing strategies. Establish rapport, ensure communication is clear and listen carefully for potential problems or miscommunications.
