Contract Registered Nurse (RN) Medication Monitoring & Delegated Nurse

* Report all *Major Unusual Incidents (MUI)* involving medication errors in accordance with Ohio regulations. * Communicate with Goodwill Industries regarding changes in individuals’ medical needs or conditions that may require ISP updates or new authorizations. * Submit *monthly invoices* for hours worked with appropriate documentation. *Qualifications* * Current, active *Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license*. * Ability to maintain all required nursing certifications and training. * Must pass and maintain required *background checks*, including: * Criminal background check * DD Abuser Registry * Nurse Aide Registry * Knowledge of Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities regulations and delegated nursing practices preferred. * Reliable transportation for travel within assigned counties. ( Ross, Fayette, Pickaway, Athens, Hocking, Pike, Vinton and Jackson) * Ability to work independently under contractual terms while maintaining high standards of patient safety and compliance with healthcare regulations.
