Registered Nurses

All applicants must have current RN Licensure in Massachusetts, CPR registration and ideally a minimum of 1 year experience in a behavioral health and substance abuse treatment facility. Computer literacy, excellent writing skills and the ability to interact in a congenial and compassionate manner with colleagues and guests is mandatory. All nurses participate in treatment plans, administer medications and monitor effectiveness. Supervisory skills, common sense, and a compassionate spirit are essential personality characteristics. Job Types: Per diem, Full-time, Part-time Salary: $41.00 - $45.00 per hour * Day shift * Evening shift Weekends as needed Work Location: In person Duties: - Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. - Administer medications as prescribed by physicians. - Monitor and document patient's condition and response to treatment. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality patient care. - Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications. - Maintain accurate and complete medical records Qualifications: - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license - Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferably in substance abuse treatment setting. - Strong knowledge of patient assessment and occupational health practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
