Family Nurse Practitioner

Looking for full time, Family Practitioner for practice in Sylvester, Georgia. Extremely competitive pay and benefits package. *Working Hours* * Office hours are 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM, 7 days a week. * Provider will work 4 days a week, with a 1-in-3 weekend rotation included. *Job Responsibilities* * Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan, including health assessments, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions. * Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests; prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with scope of practice. * Develop and implement evidence-based treatment and preventive care plans, including immunizations, screenings, and patient education. * Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. * Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic health record and maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. * Promote health literacy and support patients and families in managing their health and wellness.
