About this role
VitalTrust Home Health LLC is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and organized Director of Nursing (DON) to assist with our upcoming ACHC accreditation survey and continue in a part-time leadership role afterward. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced home health nurse who enjoys building programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and helping establish a high-quality home health agency.
Requirements
- Active Ohio RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of home health experience
- Previous experience in home health leadership or supervision
- Knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation and ACHC standards
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Previous Director of Nursing experience (preferred)
- Experience with ACHC or Joint Commission accreditation (preferred)
- Oasis knowledge (preferred)
