Home Health Registered Nurse

VitalTrust Home Health LLC is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and organized Director of Nursing (DON) to assist with their upcoming ACHC accreditation survey and continue in a part-time leadership role afterward. Responsibilities include serving as DON for a Medicare-certified home health agency, assisting with ACHC accreditation preparation, developing and maintaining clinical policies, ensuring compliance with ACHC, CMS, and state regulations, providing clinical oversight, reviewing patient documentation, participating in QAPI, supervising clinical staff, and collaborating with the agency administrator.
