You will use your expertise in assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to support recovery, education, and bonding during this critical stage. You will apply strong critical thinking and clinical judgment while serving as a clinician, teacher, leader, and advocate for both mother and baby. Collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary team members ensures every family receives high-quality, coordinated care aligned with the American Nurses Association standards, the Florida Nurse Practice Act, and our organizational mission and values.
