Pay: $2800 - $2900 per week
Shift: Day 5x8-Hours (08:00 - 16:30)
Requirements:
* 2 year of acute care hospital inpatient Case Manager experience Performing Care Coordination & Admission reviews.
* Must have BLS (AHA) & CA state license
* EPIC experience required.
