Registered Nurse (RN) AM SHIFT

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team Santa Fe Post Acute in Vista, California. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, assist in the evaluation of patient needs, and ensure the highest quality of care is delivered. Responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, performing IV insertions, assisting in sterile processing procedures, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. Qualifications include a valid RN license, prior experience in SNF/ALF or similar post-acute care setting preferred, proficiency in physical assessments, strong understanding of medical terminology, ability to perform IV insertions, and knowledge of sterile processing techniques.
