The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality, patient-centered care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions. Responsibilities:
Assess patient health status, identifying actual and potential health concerns. Develop and implement individualized care plans using evidence-based practices. Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes. Engage patients and families as active participants in care planning and delivery. Coordinate care across interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality. Delegate and supervise care provided by Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP).

Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred at time of hire. RNs hired without a BSN must obtain a BSN within 3 years of hire. Professional nursing board certification preferred at hire, required within 2 years of hire (or when eligible).
