Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in an acute care Med/Surg unit. - Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately. - Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. - Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team. - Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions. - Maintain accurate documentation using the Allscripts EMR system. - Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
