Are you looking for your new career? Ballard Center is now hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to be the newest member of our awesome team! Now Hiring for: All Shift(s). Salary Starting: $23.15-$26.36. Bonus: $3500 sign on bonus for Full Time. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a licensed nurse, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of residents. This includes but not limited to: Assisting resident with or performing Activities of Daily Living (ADL); Assisting resident with ambulation and transfers; Assisting licensed nurse with treatments and procedures as needed; Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information; and Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Requirements

Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program
Current CNA certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn
Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents
Behavioral care / memory care experience
