Experienced Operating Room Nurse must have minimum 1 -3 yrs experience

* Ensure all required documentation, consents, and equipment are available prior to surgery * Maintain a safe, sterile, and organized operating room environment * Coordinate surgical team activities and communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff * Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and obtain necessary supplies or equipment * Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance with regulatory standards What We’re Looking For * * Experience: * Minimum of *3 years* of operating room experience specifically in the circulating role (Ideally preferred; however, willing to discuss with candidate 1+ years experience) * *Setting:* Previous experience in an Operating Room environment is essential. * *License: *Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state * *Traits:* A "can-do" attitude, a focus on clinical excellence, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, efficient surgical setting.
