About this role
Family First Homecare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality, in-home nursing care to pediatric patients. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive nursing services, maintaining clinical records, evaluating nursing service effectiveness, consulting with physicians, mentoring new employees, educating patients and caregivers, and participating in Quality Assurance programs. Work is performed in patients' homes with varying shift lengths.
Requirements
- RN/LPN Nursing Degree
- Unencumbered RN/LPN License in the state of employment or Multi-State license through the Enhanced Nurse Licensures Compact
- 1 year of demonstrated experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with proof of insurance
- Clear background screening
- Working knowledge of Nurse Practice Acts
- Valid and current CPR card/certificate with in-person instructor led hands on skills check
- Clear Hep B Screening in applicable states
