Independently performs nursing assessments, prepares and implements nursing care plans, administers medications and nursing procedures, monitors individuals' symptoms and conditions, serves as nursing representative on treatment teams, provides clinical supervision to Graduate Nurses, LPNs, and direct care staff, implements infection control protocols, and acts as liaison to outside agencies. Must have a license and current registration as a registered professional nurse in New York State. Part of the NY HELPS Program.
