About this role

Presbyterian Hospital is hiring New Grad nurses for our hospital in Santa Fe. Presbyterian provides a year-long nurse residency program for newly graduated nurses who are interested in starting their professional careers. The program has been shown to improve engagement and retention by providing a strong nursing foundation for quality nursing practice. Residents will obtain continuing education credits upon completion of the program. Program participation is a requirement at Presbyterian Santa Fe Medical Center in the following units: Critical Care, Emergency Department, Adult Inpatient, Family Birthing and Mother/Baby Care, Operating Room. Nursing students and newly licensed nurses graduating from an accredited college within 12 months are welcome to apply.
