About this role
Full Time RN in the home health setting at Huntsville Hospital HomeCare, part of LHC Group and Optum. Provides and directs nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician, coordinates total plan of care with other health care professionals, supervises home health aides and LPN/VNs, completes comprehensive OASIS assessments, participates in on-call and weekend rotation. Requires current unrestricted RN licensure, driver's license, and access to dependable vehicle. Pay range $75,450 - $113,174 annual.
